The Five Tools For Your Success

My programs use five very effective tools to ensure your success: Conscious Suggestion, Subconscious Suggestion, Subliminal Suggestion, Post Hypnotic Suggestion, and Self Hypnosis.

1. Conscious Suggestion

Our minds consist of our conscious, subconscious, and unconscious. Our conscious, being at the final stage or gate before any action is taken or not taken. It's where we finalize our thoughts to a conclusion. Our conscious mind plays a significant role in one's logical thought process which leads to conclusions. Our subconscious or memory bank also plays a significant role leading to conscious conclusion and action. All of my 5-in-1 power pack programs include carefully designed and developed appropriate conscious suggestions as a tool to help realign and motivate one's conscious, subconscious, and unconscious towards a healthy transition for personal acceptance, empowerment, and natural success.

2. Subconscious Suggestion

Hypnosis cannot be done to you — it must be done with you. You are always awake and in full control. You may choose to accept or not accept any suggestions given to you at any stage of hypnosis. Subconscious suggestions are suggestions given by a qualified hypnotherapist when one reaches an induced level of relaxation. Among all of the wonderful uses of hypnosis, hypnotherapy has been used for many decades as a powerful tool to break the chains of negative habits.

In the hypnotic state, the doorway between the conscious and the subconscious is opened, memories become easily accessible, and new information is stored. In the hypnotic state, you are not thinking in the traditional sense. You are experiencing without questioning, without critical judgment or analysis, like when you watch a movie, and the hypnotherapist can make suggestions that are very likely to stick — precisely because your conscious mind is not getting in the way. You are not judging or being critical of the suggestions.

A less technical definition of hypnosis is: a naturally occurring altered state of consciousness in which the critical faculty is bypassed (mind in the conscious mode) and acceptable selective thinking established.

With the critical faculty bypassed, specific thoughts/suggestions can be lodged in the subconscious where they can propel the client toward a desired goal or change behavior in a positive, permanent way. Any such suggestions must be acceptable to the client, of course.

They would have no effect otherwise. This focus on a specific goal or behavior is done with laser-like precision and intensity in hypnosis.

3. Subliminal Suggestion

Subliminal suggestion can be used in two ways, through video for your eyes to capture subconsciously and/or through audio which is recorded at very low decibels, jumping over your conscious for a direct subconscious suggestion. Subliminal messages are signals, messages, concepts, and/or ideas designed to pass below the normal limits of perception to influence thoughts, feelings, or actions. There are no dangers, no side effects, and you never lose control. Typically, the vehicle of subliminal suggestion is a hypnosis recording of some type. I use subliminal suggestions in audio format with my CD programs and in both audio and visual formats with the DVD programs. Subliminal vocal messages masked by surrounding noise are embedded into the media which are inaudible to the listener under normal conditions. The visual suggestions are created by a brief flashing message transmission which is not typically caught by the conscious mind. The entire concept is based on the supposition that the unconscious mind has a greater perceptual sensitivity than the conscious mind and can hear or see what the conscious mind does not. To assist in goals and improving behavioral tendencies, the conscious critical faculties are bypassed, and suggestions delivered in this way will be accessible to the unconscious and uncensored. Subliminal suggestion is a great way to change any part of your life with absolutely no effort required. The use of subliminal suggestion has been used successfully for many years with very high success rates.

4. Post-Hypnotic Suggestion

Post-hypnotic suggestion or post-hypnotic action is, as one might expect from the name, a suggestion or action given to a person in a hypnotic state that later influences the behavior of said person once he or she is no longer in a hypnotic state. There are no dangers, no side effects, and one never loses control. A post-hypnotic suggestion or action is not, however, a command, in the sense that it can be given with the intention of forcing a hypnotic subject to behave in a manner contradictory to his or her immediate intended behavior. Hypnosis and post-hypnotic suggestions go together quite often. Post-hypnotic suggestions that go against the desires of the subject have very little, if any, effect. One of the reasons that the suggestions work is because, on some level, the subject wants them to.

In my 5-in-1 power pack programs, I use post-hypnotic suggestion in a similar way but use it as a post-hypnotic action. If your success is starting to feel challenged or compromised, a simple action with two fingers (called your pocket tool) brings you right back to feeling confident and successful. All therapy work is considered subjective, so if you need the tool, it will be there and works immediately. Just the conscious thought process alone of wanting to use your pocket tool or insurance policy triggers the positive thought process. Simply executing the quick physical exercise is suggested.

5. Self-Hypnosis

I use what is called a pre-sleep self-hypnotic technique that is simply used as a conscious affirmation or mantra repeated several times at bedtime for conscious reinforcement. This widely used technique has absolutely no dangers, no side effects, and you never lose control. This affirmation helps promote your positive change as a way of properly programming yourself through this exercise.

This tool is not embedded in my programs but is fully explained for proper usage. It is suggested to consciously use this tool at bedtime for one to two weeks as an added conscious suggestion to help enable easy commitment to one's success and empowerment.
